How do I add teachers via a CSV upload?
Note: This is for non-Clever users only. If your school uses Clever, please contact your District Coordinator for more information on how to add teachers.
1. Click on Management.
2. Download a Sample File. This will bring up an Excel spreadsheet.
3. Enter the teacher's information: first name, last name, email and trial indicator (Y/N). If your school has a subscription enter Y.
4. Save the file as a Common Separated Value (.CSV) somewhere easy to find such as your desktop.
5. Click import teachers. Select the sample file and click open.
6. Once the file has been successfully uploaded, a notification email will be sent to the teacher with their login information and a link to reset their password.
